Q. Where do I park and enter?

AParking is available at the Parking Garage located on Girard Avenue between 34th and 38th street or Tiger Lot located on 34th street close to Girard Avenue. Tiger will open at 7:00 a.m. and Parking Garage will open at 7:30 a.m.

Guest can enter through the main Zoo entrance located on 34th and Girard. Zoo main gates will open at 7:30 a.m. and seating at the event location will start at 7:45 a.m.

Q. What is the location of this event?

A. The event takes place in the Rare Animal Conservation Center located just a short walk from the main entrance. See Zoo Map for exact location.

Q. Can members bring guests to the event?

A. Members can purchase event tickets for guests at the membership price; as long as the guest’s admission is covered under the membership guest’s privileges. The member must personally purchase all guest tickets and enter the Zoo with his or her guests. Must present ID along with valid membership card and event tickets at entry. Non Member tickets for guests not covered by membership are also available.

Q. Will walk-ins be accepted?

A. Advance registration is required, and availability is limited. Register as early as possible to secure your spots!

Q. Is there reserved seating?

A. There is no reserved seating, however the food and beverage team will seat you at specific tables based on guest flow and table availability. Parties of 8 or less will be sharing the table with guests from other reservations. Parties that want to sit together at the same table must make a single reservation. Maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated at a table. We will have enough seating for everyone. We encourage you to mingle and meet other guests.

Q. How will the food be served?

A. The food is buffet style.

Q. Can I take my own pictures with Santa?

A. Yes, you can bring your own camera to take your own pictures. A photo package is also available for pre-purchase or can be purchased onsite during the duration of the event.

Q. What if I need to change dates or cancel?

A. Due to the limited seating arrangements and strong demand, dates for this event cannot be changed after purchase. Event tickets are non-refundable and must be used the day of event.

Q. How long will Santa Claus be at the event?

A. Santa will be there for the entire event, and you are welcome to take pictures with him.

Q. What’s the dress code?

A. This is a casual event. We’re sure you’ll want to check out the Zoo after breakfast, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes!

Q. Do I need to register an infant?

A. Yes, infant registration (1 and under) is free and must be made along with the breakfast registration. All guests including infants must be registered to attend this event.

Q. How does the prepaid photo package work?

A. For faster service guests can prepay for a 2 photo printed package at a discounted rate of $16 (regularly $18). Please provide the photo package ticket and ID as proof of purchase at the photo pick up location.

Q. What if the weather is bad?

A. This indoor event will take place rain or shine.
